The Norwegian University of Science and Technology/Faculty of Medicine, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders for a web based/SaaS system which can support and facilitate the administration of instruments and services at the core facilities; a computerized booking system. The concept (the SaaS system) offered the Awarding Authority in this tender invitation must be a finished developed and implemented system at the tenderer's existing clients. The objective of the booking system is: — to provide the users an overview of instruments, services and prices. — run an inventory of orders. — generate invoices based on orders and user fees. — generate core facility statistics.
