PURCH1170 For the Provision of Learning and Teaching Hub: Full Design Team Services. The University is seeking a multi-disciplinary design team, under the leadership of an Architect/Lead Consultant to design and deliver a Learning and Teaching Hub building on their Gilmorehill Campus. Expressions of interest are sought from suitably experienced organisations that possess a demonstrable track-record in the design of exemplar Higher Education learning and teaching buildings". The design team must demonstrate experience of managing build project in excess of circa 40 000 000 GBP. The appointment may also be used for design studies for other buildings being considered for development by the University. Pre-qualification Questionnaire returns should be submitted via Public Contracts Scotland, no paper copies will be accepted. Should paper tenders be submitted, they will be rejected.
