The municipalities of Våler, Rygge, Moss and Råde have chosen to collaborate on a joint framework agreement regarding operation and maintenance of municipal road lighting systems. The objective of the procurement is to ensure reliable operation and maintenance of the Contracting Authority's street lighting, road lighting and outdoor lighting. The agreement comprises operation, maintenance and error correction of the municipalities' street lighting, road lighting and park lighting. The municipalities can also order special assignments if needed, for example a series shift for a defined area.
