The service involves the day-to-day management and administration of the Hardware, TRU 64/RED HAT Linux Operating Software and any other management hardware/software at the Department’s Data Centre or DR facilities including provision of an on-call service to provide problem resolution outside of working hours, Monday to Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday (full 24 x 7 X 365), as required.
