The Authority is a group of registered providers of social housing and seeks suitably qualified and experienced service provider(s) who can undertake high quality ‘Passenger Lifts, Stairlift and Disabled Lifting Equipment’ servicing, maintenance, repair and installation to sites owned and/or managed by the Authority (or any part thereof).The contract will comprise: i) Passenger lift servicing, maintenance, repair and installation works across the authorities East and South geographical area. ii) Passenger lift servicing, maintenance, repair and installation works across the authorities Midlands geographical area. iii) Stairlift and disabled lifting equipment servicing, maintenance, repair and installation works across the authorities East and South geographical area. iv) Stairlift and disabled lifting equipment servicing, maintenance, repair and installation works across the authorities Midlands geographical area.
