This contract award notice concerns the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistic Organization (DALO) award of one framework agreement, with three contract lots with multiple suppliers on each contract lot. The framework agreement consists of the following three lots: Contract lot 1 — 500 lbs. PGM — Product Group: Laser, GPS/INS and Dual mode including Services and Standard SpareParts packages Contract lot 2 — 2000 lbs. PGM — Product Group: Laser, GPS/INS and Dual Mode including Services and Standard SpareParts packages, and Contract lot 3 — LRPGM — Product Group: GPS/INS and Dual mode including Services and Standard SpareParts packages The purpose of the framework agreement is to supply the Royal Danish Air Force (RDAF) with Guidance Kits for 500 lbs. and 2000 lbs. PGM and Guidance kits for LRPGM and services, such as support and technical assistance and education and training and standard spare part packages for the 500 lbs., PGM, the 2000 lbs. PGM and the LRPGM, to sustain operations of the F-16 Figther Falcon and the future Danish replacement fighter aicraft (F-35A Lightning II — Joint Strike Fighter (JSF)). The tender procedure was conducted as a negotiatied procedure, which resulted in contract awards to multiple suppliers on each of the contract lots: Contract lot 1: 3 suppliers Contract lot 2: 3 suppliers Contract lot 3: 2 suppliers The suppliers awarded one or more contract lots will subsequent participate in mini-competitions.
