The Incident Recording System is an electronic data collection system managed by the Department of Communities and Local Government's Fire, Resilience and Emergencies Directorate. The data is input via both web forms and XML transfer by fire and rescue authorities and supplies output data for National Statistics, Government policy, fire and rescue authorities and for the use of other policy makers.
