The General Application Scheme — Evaluation

Regarding the discussion of document 8:199 S (2017-2018), the Norwegian Parliament approved a request from the Government, based on the recommendation No 388 S (2017-2018) Resolution 909 to the Storting. ‘The Storting asks the Government to present a case for the evaluation of the General Application Scheme and to consider proposals for improvements of the scheme’. The contract shall contribute to illuminating the described problems. The contract shall also contribute to strengthening the knowledge base regarding impacts of the general application scheme. The contract value is up to 2 500 000 NOK (two million, five hundred thousand), excluding VAT. The contract shall be completed with a written report submitted at the latest 30.6.2021.
