Technical parameters: — Machine has to be brand new, year of manufacture no earlier than 2015. — Automatic collection of cover from magazine. — Automatic collection of cardboard from magazine. — Setup of the machine with touchscreen with setting memory. — Ability to produce round corner covers. — Biggest format possible for production not smaller than 670x390 mm. — Smallest format possible for production not smaller than 160x100 mm. — Adjusted gap between spine and board — no less than 4-15 mm. — Ability to work with cardboard in thicknesses between 1 — 4 mm. — Automatic application of the spine from roll, with automatic cutting as well as ability to work with cardboard spine with thickness up to 4 mm. — Working speed no less than 40 cycles per minute. — Ability to work on both hotmelt and dispersive glue. — Automatic regulation of glue viscosity. The offer should include cost of transport and assembly of the machine in the factory of the Purchaser. Purchaser reserves the right to deny the offer, change the terms of the competition or invalidate the competition at any time during the competition. In order to avoid conflict of interests, orders may not be placed to companies that are bound with the beneficiary by person or by capital. By binding by capital or by person it is meant that no mutual connections by the beneficiary or individuals authorized to accept liabilities on behalf of the beneficiary or individuals proceeding on behalf of the beneficiary any activities linked to preparation and commencement of the procedure of choice of the supplier and the supplier, especially: a) being a partner in the company as a partner in a civil partnership or a personal partnership, b) being in possession of at least 10 % of the shares, c) acting as a member of the board or management or proxy, d) persons with whom they are married or in a relationship of kinship or affinity in the collateral line to the second degree, or are related to the adoption, care or guardianship hereinafter relatives.
