Content of tenders (Part 2: Financial offer) - General Technical offer (excluding spare parts and consumables cost), containing all the supply expenses (documentation developing, buildings construction, supply, assembly, setup and placing in operation of the equipment, training), including discount indication *. * - Neither the unit price nor the overall price of the spare parts and consumables will be included in the final cost of tenderer's financial offer which will be taken into account while the evaluation of the tender. Pricing, taxes and other payments 12.1 Tenderers are supposed to have taken account of all that is required for the full and proper execution of the contract and to have included all costs in their rates and prices. 12.2 In accordance with the framework Agreement concluded between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the European Community Commission, dated 16.12.2008, any goods and works imported or performed under contracts financed by the European Community are not liable to customs and import duties, taxes, fees and other equivalent payments collected in the Republic of Belarus. 12.3 The prices for the contract are fixed and not subject to revision, unless otherwise specified in the Special Conditions.
