The establishment of a 5 year maximum term Framework Agreement for the provision of decked parking solutions for the West Midlands Combined Authority's (WMCA) Park and Ride facilities. As new land for the expansion of Park and Ride facilities is in short supply in the WMCA area, decked parking may become the preferred solution to satisfy the requirement for additional parking provision at existing Rail, Bus and Metro facilities and also for new locations.
