Framework agreement for the production and supply of Norwegian travel documents

The aim is to choose a supplier of national travel documents. The national travel documents shall be in accordance with the legislative decree 2252/2004, cf. the Commission's decision C (2006) 2909, as well as ICAO 9303. In this contract, national travel documents means: — Ordinary passports; — Emergency passports; — Express passports (option); — Diplomat passports; — Service passports; — Special passports; — Foreign passports; — Travel proof for refugees. Norwegian travel documents shall be personalised in Norway, there is no equivalent requirement for the production of empty travel documents (non personalised travel documents).
