In order to protect British Library premises and assist its operations several technical systems are available to the library. 1 of such system is 2-way analogue radio system, which is installed and operating independently in British Library both sites (London St Pancras and Boston Spa). On both sites this system has reached its end of life expectancy and Library wishes to upgrade the system to digital mobile radio (DMR).
