The framework agreement is for the provision of outsourced pathology reporting services including sample collection, transportation, processing, sectioning, staining, testing and reporting across various disciplines, mainly histology. Reporting will be carried out from a variety of sample specimen formats including, but not limited to stained slides, wax paraffin blocks and unprocessed specimens. There will be a range of reporting formats offered with progression into tele-reporting and digital processing via electronic scanning technologies.
