Pobl Group (The Employer) wishes to appoint a suitable contractor who can be appointed on a 2 stage process for the design and build of 160 homes and commercial space at the Beacon Hill site in Townhill, Swansea. The contract term for the pre-construction services agreement is for approximately 4 months. The location of the project is: — Beacon Hill, former Townhill Campus, Swansea, SA2 0UT. The successful tenderer will enter into a stage one pre-construction service agreement (PCSA) based on the pre-construction schedule of services. Following award of the PCSA, the contract period will be used to facilitate a ‘collaborative approach’ towards developing an approved scheme within the stated budget (refer to the ITT documents).
