HS2 Ltd has procured a framework of commercial and delivery controls services, which comprise the following lots: — Lot 1: Programme Controls, — Lot 2: Commercial Management. A single supplier has been appointed to each of the lots, resulting in the formation of two (2) strategic relationships and framework agreements. The framework agreements have been awarded from 31 July 2020 for an initial period of four (4) years, with options to extend for a further four (4) years via single or multiple fixed terms.
