A Single Party Framework Agreement for the manufacturing and/or supply of Retrofit Excess Flow Valves (REFVs) and associated equipment for Gas Networks Ireland. Applicant shall note that if they are appointed to the Framework Agreement, they will be required to supply either directly to the Gas Networks Ireland or at the Contracting Entity's sole discretion, to the Contracting Entity’s Agents or other authorised contractors on the same terms to the terms of the Framework Agreement. All Applicants to note; in order to pre-qualify they must be able to demonstrate that they can fulfil all the requirements for Gas Networks Ireland for the specific items being applied for.
