Wheelset Magnetic and Ultrasonic Non Destructive Testing

NedTrain is looking for: — a magnetic testing system that can inspect the bodies of various wheels for defects, — a magnetic testing system that can inspect the accessible places on the various axles for defects, — an ultrasonic testing system that: —— can inspect the places that are inaccessible for magnetic testing (due to fitted components, —— can inspect the various axles (both hollow and solid) for defects. NedTrain is looking for one main contractor who can deliver all 3 of these systems. The main contractor can make use of one or more subcontractors. We refer to the “NS tendering Regulations” for the applicable regulations concerning subcontracting. (chapter 14).
