The Swansea EPSRC NMSF is a ‘free at the point of access' service available for university academics eligible to apply to EPSRC for funding. The NMSF provides access to expertise and state-of-the-art instrumentation in the field of mass spectrometry and provides data collection and structure determination services. The Facility has been awarded funding to purchase various new items of equipment, including the “Accurate Mass” MALDI Mass Spectrometer System to replace the current Applied Biosystems Voyager, and in order to meet the research funding requirements, this equipment has a required delivery on the main Singleton campus before 31.3.2014.
