Huntingdonshire District Council (HDC) are planning to invite proposals from suitably experienced software vendors and/or solution providers who wish to be considered for participation in the supply of Leisure Management software and associated services. One Leisure is the operating department of HDC for its 6 leisure sites spread out across the district of Huntingdonshire. The council is seeking a solution to manage the services offered at the various Leisure Centres. The key functions of the software are: Member Management and Subscriptions (including Direct Debit); Point of Sale; Bookings Administration; Online Booking and Payments; Swimming Lesson and Course Administration; Prospective Member Contact Management; Reporting and Performance Indicator Management; and Access Control and Fast Track Kiosk Admissions.
