The Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems in Council Flat Housing Stock

Bournemouth Borough Council has appointed a supplier to undertake the Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems in the Council's Flat Housing Stock. The Council has approximately 250 flat blocks of which the fire alarms in the communal areas which need to be serviced and maintained across the Borough of Bournemouth. The contract is for three years with two possible one year extensions. The start date of the contract is 1.12.2014. Additionally the total contract value published for this notice includes a 10 % increase on the actual contract value awarded to allow for any increases in the flat block estate.
