Parliament has the overall responsibility for the celebration of the Constitution's 200th anniversary in 2014. Parliament is responsible for the two main official events at the Eidsvoll 1814/Eidsvollsbygningen with the celebration of the anniversary of the 200th anniversary of the constitution. Parliament invites with this open tender for the purchase of arrangement services in terms of the detailed planning and execution of the two main events, respectively, on Sunday the 16.2.2014 and Saturday the 17.5.2014. The aim is to enter into a framework agreement for the project management and project assistance with the event services. It may also be possible with tasks beyond the two main events mentioned above, for example, Parliament's own anniversary meeting. It is assumed that the bidders assume responsibility for both events. While the Awarding Authority wants to have good control of the final event program, including budgetary and more. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to freely carry out other assignments and special projects outside of the framework agreement. The Awarding Authority will decide which assignments / projects that shall be undertaken under the framework agreement and which will be implemented through public procurement procedures. Each individual assignment will be specified under the framework agreement concerning the scope, financial impact and delivery.
