A ‘single point of contact' for the provision of golf machinery, equipment and related services at Elmwood Golf Course, and Oatridge Golf Course. There may also be a requirement to provide grass cutting and related equipment for other SRUC locations. SRUC requires a range of equipment and supported services to meet the needs of all locations where machinery and equipment is required. Minimum Services to be provided. 1.1 Monthly: Planned contract performance meeting, which may reduce to quarterly for each Golf Club, consolidated invoicing with supporting management information 1.2 Quarterly: Possible frequency for contract performance meetings, once contract is established. 1.3 6 monthly: Planned servicing with supporting detail (1 in season, 1 out of season) or in line with suppliers recommended schedule, based on machine use of 400 hrs per annum. 1.4 Annual: Report to include; marketing plan, spend profile (year to date and budget forecast for next financial year), planned servicing dates, mechanical failures report, repairs, response times and planned seminars for Students covering basic maintenance and pre-start checks.
