The Trust is looking for expressions of interest for the purchase of but not limited to: Automatic Positive Airway Devices, Pressure Support Ventilation Devices, Humidifier Device and associated consumables, For the use in treatment of sleep disordered breathing. The primary agreement will be for a period of two years with the potential to extend for up to a further period of 24 months at the Trusts sole discretion. Potential Bidders will be required to register their expression of interest and complete a Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire via the Trust portal https://www.lppsourcing.org/procontract/LPP/supplier.nsf Please ensure you register your company on our Portal in sufficient time to be assessed as new supplier requests must be approved before you will be enabled to register your expression of interest. If expressions of interests are not received by the closing date/ time, your interest will not be considered further.
