The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) operates under a Corporate Landlord Model to standardise the way we manage all of our buildings. The Council is seeking to create a framework agreement for the provision of ‘Live In Guardians’ that is, guardianships services to look after our empty properties allowing the Council vacant possession within reasonable timeframes. The framework will be at nil cost to the Council and there will be a maximum number of 5 contractors awarded onto the framework. This is a prior information notice to give advance notice to potential suppliers that may be interested in discussing with the team the requirements and applying for this future contract opportunity.
