The provision of school meals services to 40 primary and 5 secondary schools on the Isle of Anglesey. AVL Consultancy Ltd (AVL), as catering consultants advisors to IOACC, are facilitating this Soft Market Testing (SMT) exercise. The objective of this SMT is to seek contract caterers’ opinion and feedback to help inform its procurement strategy for the provision of a healthy and cost effective school meals service.
