State Enterprise National Power Company "Ukrenergo" ("The Employer") has received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (hereinafter referred to as "EBRD") and European Investment Bank (hereinafter referred to as "EIB") towards the cost of Project: 750 kV Rivne – Kyiv High Voltage Line Construction. The Employer now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the following contract to be funded from the proceeds of the loan: • Lot 3. Extension and modernisation of SS Kyivska by installation of the second 750/330 kV autotransformer Tender Documents may be obtained from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 400 (four hundred) Euro or equivalent in UAH, and include expenses for duplication, delivery via registered express courier and communication services (VAT inclusive and exclusive of Bank commission and other fees, which shall be paid by the tenderer). Upon receipt of an appropriate evidence of payment of the non-refundable fee, the Documents will be promptly dispatched by registered express courier, but no liability can be accepted by the Employer for loss or late delivery. In addition, if requested, the Documents can also be dispatched electronically after presentation by the prospective tenderer of an appropriate evidence of payment of the non-refundable fee. In the event of discrepancy between electronic and hard copies of the Documents, the hard copy shall prevail. Authorised representatives of prospective tenderers may collect the Tender Documents personally at the address given below, against presentation of evidence of the effected bank transfer as well as a copy of the authorisation letter (on company letter head). All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 1 000 000 Euro and must be delivered to the address below on or before Mar 31, 2015, 11 a.m. Kiev time, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the tenderers' representatives who choose to attend. Recommended site visit with clarification meeting will be organised by the Employer. The exact time and venue of the above will be communicated to tenderers in due course. Employer is not in charge of arrangement of travel to site and accommodation for visitors. Employer may submit invitation letter for obtaining a visa if necessary.
