As part of the European Regional Development Fund supported Zero Energy Building Catalyst (ZEBCat) DCC is tendering for a deep retrofit solution for our second largest office building, Great Moor House. This tender is part of DCCs ambition to deliver deep retrofits (>20 % energy reduction) and incorporating non-energy benefits into business cases. A key aspect of this tender is that the solution must deliver a least a 40 % reduction in total grid supplied energy (electricity and/or gas) over a year, equating to 631 219 kWh.
