1. Birkirkara Local Council accepts quotations for the installation of an outdoor tent for the event of Jum Birkirkara. 2. The event will be organised on Tuesday 5.12.2017 between 19:00 and 23:00. 3. The outdoor tent should measure 15mtrs by 15mtrs and should be suitable to fit 300 chairs and a stage. 4. The tent should be installed by mximum 10:00 of the 5.12.2017 and dismantled on the same day after the activity. 6. Third Party Liability Insurance cover should be provided and included in the quoted price.
