Norfolk County Council (NCC) currently has a 5-year Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) support service contract including payroll. This contract will expire on 23.11.2019. NCC required a 2-year contract to provide EBS support from 24.11.2019 to 23.11.2021, with an option to extend by up to 1 further year. It is planned that EBS will be decommissioned by December 2021.
