The contract includes the establishment of laser welding/hybrid welding as a R&D activity in Norway. The contract also includes training thereof. In order to become a national laboratory and to achieve the best possible effect within the accessible budget, the contracting authority wants to offer numerous applications. The tender contest for ANSK-0307-18 robotised laser hybrid welding station was published 4.1.2019. The contracting authority did not receive any acceptable tenders. The received tender was above the settled budget and it was consequently rejected. The contracting authority is therefore implementing a tender contest with negotiations, without a prior notice, with the tenderer that submitted a tender to the contest.
