Replacement telephone System.

Contract to replace legacy hosted VoIP telephone system at our main site and our Manufacturing site with a hosted Voice over IP (VoIP) system. The replacement system will also support our remote and home based workers. licensing is to be based on delivering the following licenses, handsets etc.: 15 X Courtesy licenses (Conference Phones etc.) 5 X Advanced Licences (Operator etc.) 120 X Essential Profiles 120 X IP Handset (assumes PoE) 40 X SIP HA Trunks including unlimited minutes with a fair usage policy of 120,000 mins per Calendar month for all 01, 02, 03 and 07 mobile calls. The scope of work covers: Design, supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, training and on-going support of the system.
