— Statistics Norway, henceforth also referred to as SSB, wishes to enter into an agreement with Geodata who is the distributor of the ESRI software in Norway. — SSB wants to extend the existing ELA (Enterprise License Agreement) with ESRI through Geodata for use of ArcGIS software from ESRI for 3 more years. ARCGis is software for processing/design map-based material. — SSB has invested a lot of effort into the use of ArcGIS, and based on available resources in the near future SSB cannot utilise other software. — SSB intends to sign a contract for 3 more years, from 12.12.2016.
