CCHA wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide maintenance, servicing and repair of Gates, Barriers and Roller-Shutter Doors within it's estate. The Contractor would be responsible for the provision of the routine and cyclical maintenance of the following equipment and where applicable compliance to EPPA Standards (European Perimeter Protection Association): — Mechanised and manually operated Pedestrian Gates, — Mechanised and manually operated Vehicle Gates, — Electric Roller Shutters, including those linked to fire alarm systems, — Sliding doors, — Power operated doors, — Manual Roller Shutters. The service shall be made available 24 hours per day and 365 days per year (including all weekends and holiday periods).
