Technical Support — ‘National Plant’ for used Fuel and Radioactive Waste

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a non-exclusive framework agreement with one provider who shall cover the contracting authority's future requirements for technical assistance related to 2 different subject areas. The subject areas are as follow: 1) Concept development for the project ‘National plant’ for management and final disposal of used fuel and radioactive waste; 2) Pre-design of the project ‘National plant’. The consulting services must consist of both shorter and longer assignments and shall be connected to assignments/services with varying complexity and scope. The contract shall only include technical support related to the Norwegian Nuclear Decommissioning's (NND) main goals and subject areas. See Annex 2; the requirement specification, for further information. The contracting authority is not bound by this value and make reservations that the value can vary from the estimate as the requirement is subject to great uncertainty.
