Bergen kommune [Bergen municipality] wants to procure a tool that streamlines, simplifies and automates the work with period and year end. The system must be able to integrate with UBW Økonomi, must be able to offer electronic work flow with business-driven rules, previous logging, documentation and overviews. Before the procurement is formulated and announced, Bergen municipality wants to hold dialogue with relevant market participants in order to receive input concerning what systems, products and services can be offered. Such input should be sent via the communications module in Mercell by Friday the 18 September, 12.00. Thereafter, we will contact suppliers who can offer such solutions and invite them to participate in a dialogue meeting.
