Tenancy Support and Sustainment Services — General Needs — Monaghan County Council

The establishment of single operator frameworks for the provision of Tenancy Support and Sustainment Services, in eight (8) Lots. Louth County Council is leading this procurement on behalf of the local authorities in Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. The overall objective of Tenancy Support and Sustainment Services is to provide support to persons or households that are at risk of becoming homeless, to assist them to occupy (or continue) to occupy their accommodation and progress from homelessness or potential homelessness towards independent sustainable living. This will involve home visits by the Tenancy Support and Sustainment Service Project Workers whose role will be to support households and signpost and facilitate access to mainstream services. The Tenancy Services Support and Sustainment services will not duplicate, replace or overlap with other relevant services but will assist in accessing such services.
