KYVO3 Steam Turbine Plant.

KYVO3 project will be executed in two phases. In the first phase a circulated fluidized bed (CFB) boiler and flue gas condensing plant will be built for heat production. The boiler fuel input is approximately 170 MJ/s and the primary fuels will be forest residue, milled peat and coal. The first phase of the project will be in commercial operation in 2019. In the second phase in accordance of electricity market development the plant will be supplemented with a 55 MWe CHP steam turbine plant. The new turbine is planned to be in commercial operation in 2021. This procurement concerns a steam turbine plant described in more detailed in the Inquiry and its appendices.
