The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Road Users and Vehicles, (hereafter called the contracting authority), would like tenders for the development, production, personalisation, and distribution of driving licences, as well as the personalisation and distribution of existing driver qualification cards (hereafter called licences). The tenderer will, together with the contracting authority, prepare the raw licences and accompanying letters for the driving licences and for the driver qualification cards (CPC). The current template for the raw licences is to be used as a starting point for the development of new driving licences. Raw cards for driver qualification cards are to be held in stock at the contracting authority. The development and production of new driver qualification cards can be required if the requirements for the driver qualification cards is changed in the contract period.
