Telephony Services for Contact Centres

Provide the Telephony platform required for the CCO (Contact Centre Operations) Lot 1: An Ofcom regulated, Non-Geographic Number (NGN) supplier for a fully managed touch tone Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) service. This IVR/Call Routing Service will interface with an existing natural language IVR and other 3rd Party Systems to service the Transport for London Contact Centres. The solution must ensure a support model that is fit for purpose given the 24/7 operational environment of the Contact Centre. Please note TfL cancelled Lot 2 of this Procurement a corrigendum (amendment) will be issued to reflect this.
