NHS National Services Scotland wishes to procure a Patient/Carer Online Feedback Service under a single supplier framework on behalf of all NHS Boards in Scotland. This framework can be used by any Board at that Board's choice. We are looking for an off the shelf solution that will require a minimum of development from a company which has experience in deploying, interfacing and maintaining such systems.
