South Yorkshire Police require a venue to deliver this training from April 2021. The majority of the courses will be delivered indoors in a classroom environment however some outdoor space may be required. The venue must also have suitable outside space available which is away from the general public. The venue must also provide free onsite parking. Courses are booked up to 12 months in advance but can be cancelled at short notice, however, numbers are typically confirmed one month in advance. Accommodation refreshments and lunch must also be provided by the venue. There are several courses lasting a duration of three weeks four times per year. The venue must be within a 10mile radius of postcode S66 8LB. The classrooms must be suitable for up to 12 delegates and 3-4 trainers/staff. South Yorkshire Police are assessing the market interest to inform their procurement strategy.
