Delivery of an ultra-short pulse high intensity laser.

The tendering procedure issues the procurement, supply, transfer of title of full ownership and ready-for-use-installation of a 100 TW ultra-short pulse high intensity laser for the HIBEF-Project (Helmholtz International Beamline for Extreme Fields at the European XFEL). HIBEF is a common project of DESY, Helmholtz-Institut Jena and the HZDR for providing ultra-intensive short- and high energy long-pulse-lasersystems as well as pulsed high-field magnetic coils at the HED-user-station of European XFEL. The project will result in a worldwide unique combination of sources with strong electromagnetic fields respectively extreme material conditions (and their secondary sources) with a highly brilliant and coherent X-ray source.
