QUB/1581/16 Contract for Provision of Central Telephone Maintenance and Associated Services.

This provision is for the supply, installation, testing, and final commissioning of voice cabling to support the telephone network operated by QUB. This provision also includes moves and changes, fault diagnosis and repair as required. QUB voice network comprises four interconnected Unify (Siemens) iSDX PABX located in the Main Administration Building, the Ashby Building, the MBC building and ECIT at the Titanic Quarter. This has been supplemented with a VoIP Pilot Unify Openscape system servicing the McClay Library, David Bates Buildings and the Royal Victoria Hospital site. There are some additional satellite Meridian PABX servicing smaller standalone locations. The total number of extensions would be in excess of 6 000 and comprise of a mix of Analogue, Digital and VoIP extensions.
