Please note updated sources of financing for the Project and corrected list of goods, works and services. The Communal Enterprise “Mariupol Tram and Trolleybus Company” (“the Company”), a municipal public transport operator, wholly owned by the City of Mariupol, and the management of the City of Mariupol have received loan financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“the Bank”) and Clean Technology Fund (“CTF”) and grant financing from the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environmental Partnership (“E5P”) to finance the renewal of Company’s trolleybuses fleet and modernisation of selected infrastructure. The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 19 900 000 EUR equivalent including City co-financing, will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services using the proceeds of the loan: — new low-floor trolleybuses (including spare parts, associated equipment and related services), — trolleybus depot reconstruction, — capital repair of catenary network, — specialised vehicles and machinery (for maintenance of trolleybuses and trolleybus infrastructure). Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin in the Q4 of 2018. Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the EBRD and CTF loans and E5P grant will be subject to the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the EBRD and CTF loans and E5P grant will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Purchaser's country.
