This call for tender is a common procurement by Austro Control Österreichische Gesellschaft für Zivilluftfahrt mit beschränkter Haftung (ACG), DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH (DFS) and Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland (LVNL). Scope of delivery and services are 23 Doppler VHF (Very-High-Frequency) Omnidirectional Range (DVOR) and an option for further 2. The DVOR is a radio navigation aid recommended by the ICAO and introduced internationally for short and medium range aircraft guidance. The DVORs to be delivered have to comply with the International Standards and Recommended Practices to the Convention on International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Annex 10, Aeronautical Telecommunications, Volume 1 Radio Navigation Aids, Section 3.3 Specification for VHF omnidirectional radio range (VOR). Installation and after sales support will also be part of the scope of services. Scope of delivery: — ACG: 6 DVOR and an option for 2 DVOR; — DFS: 14 DVOR; — LVNL: 3 DVOR. Delivery period: 2016 until 2020.
