The scope of supply is: 142 — TS (Thermal Substations) factory assembled and SCADA system components to be shipped to Vinnitsa; there will be 6 (six) deliveries. The Supplier shall perform the following associated services: 1. Hydraulic calculations of each DHW module. 2. Hydraulic and electrical connections between the different frames of the thermal substations. 3. Supervising of the works of connecting the Thermal Substation to the utility networks. 4. Testing and commissioning of the Thermal Substation according to the Requirements stated in the Tender Documents. 5. Installation of the server and application Software. 6. Testing and commissioning of SCADA system equipment. 7. Training of operating staff. Option, if the budget is available and approved by SECO: As an option the Supplier shall provide the software for SCADA system integration into the billing system, perform installation and adjustment of the above mentioned software.
