To further enhance public transport in Northern Ireland, Translink is seeking to appoint a full service sales promotion agency to implement a programme of promotional services to increase passenger transport journeys and revenue. This requirement will include delivery of a range of strategic sales promotional campaigns promoting Translink and its service brands (including Metro, NI Railways, Ulsterbus, Goldline, Enterprise, Park and Ride), major market segments (including young people, senior citizens, visitors) and Translink products. Further details can be found at www.translink.co.uk Implementation of Belfast Rapid Transit (BRT) is planned for Autumn 2018 and it is anticipated that promotional services for BRT may form part of this requirement. The aim of this exercise is to appoint 1 supplier to fulfil the specification. The anticipated start date is May 2016. Dates may be subject to change. The Translink Group reserve the right to accept part of any Tender from 1 or any number of Tenderers and may change the contracting strategy at any time.
