Bespoke Local Patient Experience Surveys

NHS National Services Scotland on behalf of The Scottish Care Experience Survey Programme wishes to put in place a Multi-supplier National Framework Agreement for the Scottish Care Experience Surveys, which will supply survey fieldwork suppliers ‘Framework Providers’ to Health Service Providers and Public Sector Health organisations (e.g. National Services Scotland, Scottish Government,Healthcare Improvement Scotland) (referred to as ‘Participating Authorities’). Framework Providers will undertake patient surveys as part of the national patient survey programme or as part of bespoke local survey activities identified at Health Service Provider level to enhance their knowledge and understanding of patient experience.
