Teagasc is seeking to establish a multi party framework agreement for Architect Led Integrated Design Team and Project Management services. The design team/project management services will cover the following disciplines: Architectural Services, Civil and Structural Engineering Services, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services, Quantity Surveying Services, Fire Safety Consultancy Services, PSDP Services. The maximum estimated value of professional services over the lifetime of the multi party framework is in the region of 1 500 000 EUR to 5 000 000 EUR. The multi party framework agreement will be established on foot of 2 initial contracts for (Architect led) design and project management services for the construction of a new build Food Innovation Hub at Teagasc, Moorepark, Fermoy, Co. Cork and for (Architect led) design and project management services for the Construction of a Food Biotest Facility incorporating small animal and other Laboratories at Teagasc Moorepark, Fermoy. The estimated duration of the contract for the Construction of the Food Innovation Hub at Teagasc, Moorepark, Fermoy is 3 years and will have an estimated construction value of 8 000 000 EUR (ex VAT). The estimated duration of the contract for the Construction of the Food Biotest Facility incorporating small animal and other Laboratories at Teagasc Moorepark, Fermoy is 2 years and will have an estimated construction value of 1 000 0000 EUR. The Design Team will be required to provide all of the professional services for stages (i) through to (v) of the Conditions of Engagement.
